About Us

What You See What We See
A normal, safe, four way, pad mounted switch. A faulty connection that could be hazardous and cause a costly interruption to your business.

Commercial Buildings

CTC Infrared identifies electrical faults and roofing needs before they result in a business interruption, fire or unnecessary costly repair. We also provide businesses and organizations with specific recommended repairs and rate the priority of those repairs on a scale of one to five.

Private Homes

CTC Infrared makes the homeowner aware of the sources of heat loss. We can also identify any electrical repair needs and discover water and moisture issues. The homeowner learns how to save on heating; where fire and other electrical fire hazards are; how to stop major water damage; and how to make the house more eco-friendly and comfortable.

Experience, Technology, Savings & Follow Up
4 Reasons Why Businesses, Institutions and Homeowners Choose Us

1. Vast Commercial and Residential Experience

CTC Infrared employs certified thermographers who have performed thousands of infrared scans on electrical panels in commercial buildings nationwide.  Our highly qualified thermographers are also experts in roof moisture surveys and building envelope scans.

The infrared camera sees heat. It can sense temperature differences as small as one tenth of one degree C.

2. Advanced, Noninvasive Equipment

All CTC Infrared scans and services are performed with the FLIR P640 high definition infrared camera. Highly accurate, detailed readings on the health and safety of your roof and electrical system are accomplished without any cutting or damage of any kind to any building component.

The top of the line FLIR P640 camera delivers superior resolution, sensitivity and image quality -- far superior to the images from typical thermography cameras. The camera’s extreme temperature sensitivity and photo quality mean a high degree of precision for identifying problems and knowing how to solve them effectively and at the lowest possible cost.

3. Savings: Half Day Rate for Half Day of Work

Many electrical infrared scan companies charge a full day rate for every job. With them, a three hour job still costs you the full eight hour day rate. CTC Infrared offers a half day rate. For commercial properties, CTC Infrared provides contract pricing.

4. Follow Up: We Return to Assure Your Problem Is Solved

CTC Infrared identifies your roof and electrical issues. Once you make repairs, we will return to conduct a second infrared scan to make certain the identified issues have been corrected. We bill this follow up at a competitive hourly rate. Many competitors charge more -- their full or half day rate.
